OUR SHIPPING POLICY 

Processing & Shipment time

All orders complete processing within [1-3] business days.

We do ship 6 days of the week, our shipping times range from Monday-Saturday.

International Shipping

We ship globally including continents; North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceana.

In cases where orders may not be shipped due to laws & regulations of receiving countries, your order will be refunded and cancelled in this situation. 

Tracking your Order

When your order has been processes (1-3 business days) you will receive a tracking number for your order 

Courrier

Your order will be processed and labelled through [E Nadawca Poczta Polska] or [FedEx] and passed to [Poczta Polska] or [FedEx] for transit. If you have issues with lost or damaged orders please read the refunds & returns policy.

Import fees

The buyer is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. If these charges are not paid, the buyer may be held liable for payment, and the seller reserves the right to pursue claims against the buyer for any unpaid amounts or resulting damages.

Unclaimed packages

Buyers are responsible for picking up their orders. If a buyer refuses to collect an order or if a package is returned for any reason, the buyer will be responsible for all associated costs, including shipping, handling, and return fees.
