Welcome to Serendipity is Reality. By accessing and using our online store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

- The online store Serendipity is Reality is based in Poland.

- We sell goods internationally via our Shopify store.

- By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Products & Availability

- We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and availability.

- Slight variations in color or design may occur due to differences in display settings or production.

- Availability is not guaranteed. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and issue a refund.

3. Prices & Payments

- All prices are listed in EUR 

- Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added at checkout.

- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied in their country.

- Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other available payment providers.

4. Orders & Contract

- An order is considered accepted only after you receive a confirmation email.

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or incorrect pricing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

- We ship worldwide using reliable carriers.

- Shipping times vary depending on the destination and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

- Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

- Buyers are responsible for picking up their orders. If a buyer refuses to collect an order or if a package is returned for any reason, the buyer will be responsible for all associated costs, including shipping, handling, and return fees.

- The buyer is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. If these charges are not paid, the buyer may be held liable for payment, and the seller reserves the right to pursue claims against the buyer for any unpaid amounts or resulting damages.

6. Returns & Refunds

- EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

- To request a return, contact us within 14 days at serendipityisreality[@]hotmail.com. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and at the customer’s expense.

- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

- Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

7. Liability

- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union.

- Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland.
